Some of the sleeping, food and fuel arrangements are subject to change so check with one of the Chief Pilots prior to fly day to confirm.  Fuel in McGrath is provided by Benny Magnuson.  Woods Fuel is no longer in business.  Benny Magnuson has the Bunkhouse Cafe and provides the sleeping quarters in the Bunkhouse. DO NOT  leave waste oil from any oil changes. There is an oil burning facility available in McGrath.

If you receive cash tickets for any reason, turn them into the Chief Pilot so they can determine if a reimbursement is due. Any aircraft repair requiring ITC reimbursement must have  approval from  a Chief Pilot or Director of Competition and Logistics .  

Unauthorized pumping of aviation fuel into portable gas cans is not allowed.  Anyone on the trail that has need for aviation fuel in cans must receive approval from the Director of Competition and Logistics .
