The plane was first bought by an owner in Bogotá Columbia. It came new from the factory with 17 hours. of fuel on board (long range).  I suspect it was confiscated by DEA. I've made 7 trips to the lower 48, Phoenix and Baja were some of the places I visited. My 180 is on the third engine and I have straight Skis. This is the hardest flying plane on the Iditarod.
